Where to find us
We deliver across London and offer a pick-up only option in Marylebone. Harrods and Harvey Nichols remain closed due to Covid-19. All orders have to be placed on our website.
Our pickup and delivery times are daily between 12pm and 8pm. Last orders for same day delivery have to be placed by 8pm.
We strive to provide a hassle-free delivery service. You can place your order at any time on our website. We will then send you a text message to arrange a delivery or pickup time that is convenient for you and ask you to give us a 2 hours window.
While we typically aim to deliver under 2 hours of placing the order, the delivery time might vary during busy periods.
Postcode not covered
If a delivery option is not shown at check-out, this implies that your postcode is not covered by our delivery partner and the only option available is pick-up from Marylebone. Please give us a call or text us on WhatsApp if you are not able to pick-up your order and still require a delivery, we are able in some cases to arrange special deliveries for further postcodes.
Our packaging ensures the ice cream remains at the right freezing temperature for 40 minutes from leaving our freezers. We recommend removing the lid and putting our ice cream in the freezer as soon as you receive it, unless it is being consumed straight away.
Sending a gift
If you are sending a gift to someone, please add their address in the shipping details section. You can also send them a note which will be hand written by us on our cards. We will communicate with you first and not the recipient of the gift as we would not want to ruin the surprise! Please ensure you have their exact address, mobile number and a confirmation on when they are available to receive the order. We are also happy to directly agree with them the delivery time if more convenient for you.
